Chief Operating Officer & Board Member

Philip provides the operational leadership for the business and has overall responsibility for operational and infrastructure management to ensure that the firms organisational goals and objectives are met.

He began his Potter Clarkson career in 1995 and, until early 2004, acted as information technology manager for the firm. 
 
Following a short move to a large technology outsourcing organisation - where he controlled the telecommunications, network infrastructure and software development - Philip returned to Potter Clarkson in late 2005 as practice manager and then became IT and operations director in 2018 before moving to COO in 2021.

 

Education

Philip read computer science at Nottingham Trent University and then obtained an MBA from Loughborough University.
