As part of a long-standing relationship with an Italian IP firm, we have advised one of Italy’s largest banking groups, on UK trade mark matters.
We were successful in preserving the integrity of their trade mark portfolio in three successive UK opposition cases. In each instance, the swift and effective response of our trade mark attorneys saw these matters resolved swiftly and, most importantly, in a way that maintained our client’s valuable IP rights.
