A question in the European Parliament to the Commission has raised the question of whether the UPC is compatible with certain aspects of EU law.
Given the number of questions previously raised on the legitimacy of the UPC and whether it is compatible with EU law, it seems unlikely that this new question will slow down or halt the implementation of the UPC at this stage.
