Potter Clarkson has expanded its Nordic service offering with the appointment of partner Jesper Sellin to its Stockholm office. Jesper, who joins the firm from the Swedish IP firm, Valea AB, is a qualified Swedish Attorney at Law, a registered European Trademark Attorney and a registered European Designs Attorney. He brings a wealth of experience in commercial and contentious IP matters to the team, as well as in trademark portfolio and brand management. His career began at the Swedish Patents and Registration Office (PRV) followed by a period as an in-house attorney for the Pharmacia/Pfizer Global IP group.
Recent years have seen the firm expand significantly in Scandinavia. In 2018, the firm opened its first office in Copenhagen and moved to larger premises in Stockholm. The new Stockholm office, headed up by Simon Curtis, is located in the heart of the city at Vasagatan 7.
