Potter Clarkson is delighted to have received further formal recognition for its firmwide people management strategy.
The firm has been awarded sought-after We Invest in People silver status by Investors in People, the UK’s leading quality standard for people management.
Denoting a company has an established, effective people management policy in place, the silver award is only secured by around 15% of organisations who put themselves forward for assessment.
A number of the firm’s people management policies and procedures came in for particular praise in the accreditation, including our management structure, enhanced staff benefits package, attorney competency framework and ongoing efforts to support equality and diversity and corporate social responsibility.
Commenting on the news, practice director, Andrew Argyle, said:
Securing this enhanced level of accreditation for people management has been one of the core elements of the firm’s business plan and we are naturally delighted with the result. It is particularly pleasing given the high level of scrutiny undertaken by the Investors in People assessors. We would like to thank everyone in the firm who contributed to the accreditation process and for their continued efforts in making Potter Clarkson a truly great place to work."
