Byron initially gained exposure to intellectual property whilst working for his old law firm in South Africa.

After arriving in the UK he has worked as a paralegal in intellectual property, providing support to partners, associates, and senior associates.

 

Education

Byron obtained a Bachelor of Social Science degree from Rhodes University before completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the same institution.

Qualifications

BSocSci, LLB, Non-practicing Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Introduction to Trade Mark Administration and Formalities (CITMA), Introductory Patent Paralegal Course, IPPC (CIPA)

Interests

In his free time Byron enjoys sport, cooking, yoga, reading, music, cinema and travelling.
